your ancestors if they were in the Parker County area prior to it
becoming a Texas County and after it became a county. As more census

1830 - The area later called Parker
County is in Mexican Texas
1840 - The area later called Parker
County is in Republic of Texas, Robertson County. A small
section of the SW corner is in Milam County. The Republic
of Texas did not take a national census however its yearly county
tax lists can provide a partial substitute.
1850 - The area later called Parker
County is in Navarro County, with a small section of the SW corner
in Milam County.
1860 - Parker County, Texas - The
first Federal Census with the current borders for Parker County.

1890 Veterans and Widows Census -
This was a census of the Union Soldiers and their widows, however
some Confederates were included in the census. There were 173 people
in Parker County listed on this census.
1890 Federal Census was destroyed
for Parker County.
