Seeking information on the family of Thomas B. Davis found in 1900 - 1920 Parker Co census. In 1900 he was 30 yr old and single, living as a boarder in the household of John Rentz. He is from Ark. He is listed as Tom the next census and has been married 7 yr to Mollie it looks like but then the next census looks like Mattie?? She is 33 and also from Ark. They have a 6 yr old daughter Fannie. In 1920 he is indexed as "Tom D" rather than B but the family is the same one. I lose them after this. I think Tom B. Davis is the son of my grt-grt gf John J. Davis from TN and a wife prior to my grt-grt gm. Tom's mother was perhaps Sarah, and he has a sister S. J. or J. S. depending on which census I found is correct. She married a Dennis Woodward and was in Hood Co in 1900 but I lose them after that. They are half siblings to my grt gm Jennie Davis Cogburn born in Ellis Co to J. J. and Ann A. Pritchard Davis. If so, it is thought he also had family in Erath County; from recent correspondence with another Davis descendant it looks as though John J. is the son of Robert B and Sabry or Sabrany Gage Davis. Their other children were George, Jacob, Sarah, Issac, Wallace or Wallis, Mira or Myra and Rachel. Does anyone have a married name for Fannie or any other information on this family? Any help appreciated, Sandra
